Life can feel overwhelming at times. With so many distractions, expectations, and pressures - both external and internal - it’s easy to lose your sense of direction. It can even feel like you’ve lost yourself. That’s not an easy thing to navigate on your own.
In counselling, my role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you create your own compass, one that guides you back to a path that’s truly yours, not one chosen for you.
One of the things that drives me forward the most as a counsellor, is my belief that everyone deserves to live through life as their true, authentic self. Trying to achieve that on your own, while possible, can be incredibly daunting. It’s an honour to walk alongside beautifully brave people working toward this goal and to witness them achieve it.
I also know that finding the right counsellor is such an important first step in this journey, and it can feel like a barrier to being able to get started. To make it easier, I offer a free 20-minute consultation over Zoom. It’s a chance for us to start getting to know each other and figure out if we feel like a good fit. I’ll learn more about what you’re looking for and how I can help, and you’ll get to experience what it’s like to work with me one-on-one before committing to a session.
